We are looking for a Polish Speaking Office Manager here at Complex Accounting.
The Office Manager role in a nutshell:
This role is perfect for an ambitious individual with excellent English language skills. As the Office Manager, you will report directly to the executive director and play a crucial role in driving sustainable financial growth for the firm. Beyond ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, combining traditional office management duties with exciting business development opportunities.
Your standard duties as Office Manager will include:
* Credit Control: Manage credit activities to ensure financial stability.
* XERO Reconciliation: Oversee and reconcile financial data using XERO.
* Appointment and Meeting Coordination: Efficiently organize appointments and meetings.
* Reports and Correspondence: Produce reports, compose correspondence, and draft contracts.
As and Office Manager, you will also be responsible for business development duties such as:
* Client Contact: Reach out to potential clients to foster new business relationships.
* Marketing Activities: Plan and oversee marketing initiatives to enhance the firm's visibility.
* Business Opportunities: Actively search for and pursue new business opportunities.
* Client Relationship Management: Increase fees from existing clients while attracting new ones.
* Market Development: Identify and develop new markets to improve overall sales.
* Quotes and Proposals: Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
* Team Goals: Set and ensure the achievement of goals for the team.
* Team Development: Train personnel and assist in the development of team members' skills.
Requirements:
* Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
* Positive attitude and a friendly, approachable manner.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Ability to learn quickly and work effectively with minimal supervision.
