Based in West Malling

Our client who are a leading insurance broker are looking for an Account Handler to join their West Malling office.
This role will be working with a variety of client managing their renewals, quotations and adjustments. The ideal candidate will have insurance or financial services experience along with knowledge of FCA rules and regulations.
Job role:
* Answering incoming calls from clients
* Making outbound calls to clients
* Liaising with underwriters to secure best terms for clients
* Managing renewals, adjustments and quotations
* Ensuring the system is kept fully up to date with all client details
* Issuing documentation
Skills needed:
* Customer service experience within insurance or financial services
* Knowledge of FCA rules and regulations
* Cert CII qualified or happy to study towards
* Excellent telephone manner
* Literacy and numeracy skills
