What are we looking for in a member of the team?

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer care, ensuring that incidents are resolved as efficiently as possible and the customer is provided with regular updates on incident progress. You will be expected to provide assistance to the service team for technical design, implementation and support of customer incidents and projects, ensuring that customers and equipment/goods are installed to appropriate standards and industry best practice.

* Minimum 2 years experience in a role of supporting servers, networks, printers, PC’s and applications ideally from a managed services background.

* Experience of remote management and support.

* Proven experience of enterprise/mainstream technologies and applications primarily focused on Microsoft front/backend products as well as anti-virus and backup platforms and operations. Including Office 365 and Azure.

* Experience with other enterprise/mainstream technologies and applications such as Citrix, RDS, and VMWare are also desirable
