1st line support engineer- £21K + Hybrid working

A 1st line support engineer is sought out by a fast-growing Managed service provider, based in Birmingham.

As a 1st line support engineer, you will be joining an experienced team of IT professionals, handling customer requests and dealing with technical issues.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to monitor client backups systems, manage service desk ticket queues, dealing with customer queries via telephone.

The ideally 1st line support engineer will have:

* Experience with remote desktop and Citrix

* V-Sphere

* Troubleshoot VPN issues

* Windows desktop support

* Active Directory
