Senior Architectural Technologist required to join an acclaimed Sports and Leisure team within an established regional Architectural Practice located within it's contemporary Leeds City Studio.

This opportunity really is quite rare, their highly respected close nit Sports and Leisure team are looking for a new member. This team is tough to get in with, over the last five years the team hasn't lost anyone and they have only strategically hired on a couple of occasions.

Their current vacancy would be best for an experienced (5-10 years minimum) "nuts and bolts" Senior Architectural Technologist who would thrive under the demands of working on various high profile leisure projects simultaneously. They are looking for a meticulous detailer and an individual who prides themselves on ensuring every piece of work with their name on is produced to an impeccable standard. The practice are pretty much REVIT based so a good working knowledge is highly desirable alongside having worked on live projects to BIM level 2 standard. Technologists who are either on the cusp of becoming Senior or fully fledged Senior Technologists will also be considered.

To be considered for this exceptional Senior Architectural Technologist role we would hope applicants meet the following Criteria

At least 5-10 years of experience in an Architectural Practice background.

Experience in multiple sectors – sports and leisure being a bonus but not essential.

Recognisable qualification such as a Degree in Architectural technology or an HND in Building Studies

Experience of delivering projects at construction stage

Strong technical expertise related to design and construction

Very good Revit skills, and a good working knowledge of AutoCAD

Able to audit the design and identify inconsistencies, discrepancies and missing information and record, report and track the close out of these items

Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the Planning / Building Regulations application process

Experience in leading meetings on site with the client, design and contractor team
