Within their Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution you will be dealing with include:
* Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
* Boundary disputes
* Inheritance
* Probate
* Professional negligence
* Building disputes
* Franchise disputes
* Finance / Debt Recovery
* General contract disputes
* Partnership disputes
* Employment
* Pet custody
The ideal candidate for the Litigation Paralegal / Solicitor will have:
At least 3 year’s experience within Litigation, or 2-years PQE within litigation
* Possess a strong legal background within litigation law
* Experience of managing a busy, mixed caseload
* Experience of case preparation
* Legal research and legal drafting experience
* Demonstrates and develops a high-quality level of technical experience and knowledge
The successful Litigation Paralegal / Fee Earner will be joining a law firm that is forward-thinking, and highly regarded.
You will be a highly motivated, self-driven professional and will meet with clients, take instructions and offer advice, as well as preparing and dealing with cases from inception to conclusion, taking full responsibility for those matters allocated to you.
