In close partnership with Rangers Football Club, Levy will also manage non-match day meetings, conferences and events, including private celebrations and Christmas parties

More about the role:
To adhere to and assist in the compliance of Health and Safety e.g. COSHH & Risk Assessments
Ensure that all Fire regulations are maintained by making sure that the Fire Exits are not blocked
Be familiar with and practice the safe handling, care and storage of all equipment
To ensure that all maintenance issues have been recorded correctly, and that all mechanical and manual equipment are used as instructed
Report any machine defects to the maintenance team and ensures that the correct action is taken
Manage the location, movement and storage of operational equipment.
Manage the stock take of equipment and other items as required
Work with all departments to ensure items that are required for service are available when needed
Ensure team members adhere to all Health and Safety and Hygiene Regulations
Fridge temperature controls where required
Adhering to delivery temperatures legislation
Back of House stock store management and cleanliness
Follow the cleaning schedules and keeps work areas clean and sanitary
To react in areas that require immediate attention and ensuring that all food is always presented to the highest possible standards
Understands and complies with loss prevention policies and procedures
Adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures (Brand Standards SOPs, LSOPs, etc.)
Uses all available on the job training tools for ambassadors; supervises on going training initiatives
conducts training when appropriate
Establishes and maintains open collaborative relationships with associates and ensures associates do the same with their work team
To ensure all fridges are maintained in a clean and safe fashion
Stock rotation for food & beverage (FIFO) and chemicals Who you are:

Innovative thinker What you'll be doing:

As our Back of House Manager you will playa key role in leading the smooth operation of kitchen production and hygiene standards, providing direction for the kitchen porter team.

Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, this role is part of the Kitchen management team. You will be required to ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations and all food preparation areas in all kitchen and back of house areas.

This operation will extend to match day hospitality, the restaurant and event operations, as well as the staff dining room, to ensure a consistent, high-quality area is maintained at all times
