Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £21000 – £28000/annum

Travel to work is paid , all the below salaries are based on hourly rates claimed across a 44 hour working week, Monday to Friday. Unlimited overtime is available at time and a half as well!!

New Operative – £21530 (Including Bonuses)
Skilled Operative  – £24024 (Including Bonuses)
Machine Operative – £28600 (Including Bonuses)
Charge Hand – £30888 (Including Bonuses)
Supervisor – £33176 (including bonuses)
Site Manager – £35,000+ dependant on experience
FENCING OPERATIVE

CSCS – card. (FISS)
NPTC – Chainsaw
CPCS – Excavator / Telehandler
Trailer entitlement on driving licence.
Full UK driving license required.
Your main aim will be a key member of field teams completing a range of fencing tasks for key contracts ensuring a high-quality service and effective delivery is achieved at all times.

Duties include:

Carry out a range of fencing installations and repairs to all types of fencing, from agricultural fencing to high security.
Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to. This will include completion of daily point of works risk assessments, plant & vehicle checks and allocation sheets.
Undertake general maintenance on small plant machinery and tools making sure all items are fit for purpose.
trailer endorsement would be an advantage. 
MACHINE OPERATIVE

CSCS (LISS)
CPCS
Forest Machine Operating experience
Tractor ticket
Full UK driving license required.
Flexibility in working hours and location
The role will involve using a variety of different machinery such as 360 Excavators, Tractors, Tracked Dumpers, Unimogs and Remote-controlled plant; ensuring a high-quality service and effective delivery is achieved at all times.

Duties include:

Using a variety of machines to undertake tasks such as
Digging
Ditching
Grass Cutting
Mulching
Verge Spraying
Forest Machine Operating
VEGETATION MANAGEMENT

Full UK driving license required.
NPTC/LANTRA – certificates use of chainsaws/chipper/strimmer’s
Trailer entitlement on driving licence.
Experience with heavy plant
Experience in arboriculture/vegetation industry
Experience in landscaping
Your main aim will be a key member of the site clearance/maintenance field teams completing a range of vegetation management tasks for key contracts ensuring a high-quality service and effective delivery is achieved at all times.

Duties include:

Deliver safe, productive, and profitable work on a daily basis.
Ensure all safety related incidents are reported and dealt with as per Company procedure.
To ensure compliance with company Health & Safety policies and procedures
Undertake general maintenance on small plant and tools, making sure all items are fit for purpose
Ensure all vehicles and plant are fit for purpose and any defects reported as per company policy
Previous experience of Planting, Seeding, Spraying, Grass cutting and Strimming
