JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Office Administrator on a permanent basis to join their sales team. Tis is working in a great company who are very friendly and look after their staff. The team are very hands on and help each other out in all areas of the business. Exciting products and somewhere that is creative and fun. They have some well-known clients who are household brands.

Role description:

* To effectively manage the order process

* Input orders

* Liaise with clients to advise when products are going to arrive

* Speak to clients to manage expectations

* Chase proposals to see if the client has decided to choose an item to buy

* Post out samples

* Speak to suppliers re quotes, if artwork has been agreed etc.

* Liaise with department heads to resolve any queries between the purchase order, delivery note and invoice

* To help the Sales Director with any ad hoc tasks and projects as and when required

Person specification:

* Must have admin experience within an office environment

* Someone with common sense and who is able to think on their feet

* Self-motivated and adaptable

* The ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers

* SAP Business One experience if possible
