This International brand with offices based in London & Kings Hill is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Relationship Co-ordinator. This is a vital role within the organisation providing outstanding internal and external customer service to all levels of business customers. 12-month contract with a strong possibility of perm.
Responsibilities
* Working within a small team of six
* A dedicated team acting as the primary point of contact within the company for customer relations matters, portraying an enthusiastic, courteous and professional communication style and approach
* Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers using in-house systems
* Liaise with colleagues to ensure all customer relation decisions and actions are harmonised across sites
* Assist with a variety of enquires in a pro-active and empathetic manner with persistence to see things through to conclusion
* Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customers and colleagues are updated
* Manage customer proceed/returns and amend estimates where necessary
Skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and experience in building relationships with internal and external contacts
* Previous customer service experience within an office environment is essential
* Highly organised with an eye for detail
* Courteous, professional with superb customer service skills
* Good standard of education including Maths and English
* Good understanding of in-house systems
* Previous experience of a luxury brand would be a great advantage but not essential
