Nights 10pm – 6am
Job Purpose:
Monitoring the WMS dashboards in real time, to identify warehouse performance issues and discrepancies that may lead to Service Level Agreement failures. Releasing pick and replenishment waves, identifying, communicating and implementing corrective actions to help control the work flow of the warehouse to minimise SLA failures. Dashboard Controllers are also responsible for preparing the shift reports including; capacities, targets and KPI?s for Operations Managers to achieve the highest possible standard in accuracy and productivity.
Key Accountabilities:
Monitor the WMS Dashboard and respond to issues in real time to achieve SLA
Releasing and prioritising pick and replenishment waves to achieve SLA
Ensure any possible SLA failures and associated corrective actions are communicated to all relevant parties.
Ensure corrective actions are completed.
Ensure Warehouse productivity reports are updated and communicated
Accurately maintain Navision-WMS at all times
Investigate and Communicate WMS and Navision system discrepancy?s
Key Experiences and Skills Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and balance time critical elements
Excellent problem solving and investigation skills
Warehouse Management System experience essential
Excellent level of IT skills including use of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
Good Numeracy essential
Experience using Navision WMS preferable
