We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Mechanic to join our busy accident repair centre based in Corby, Northamptonshire.
The job in a nutshell
🔧 Day Shift salary: £16.00 per hour
🔧 Night Shift salary: £17.00 per hour
🔧 6am – 6pm or 6pm – 6am
🔧 4on – 4off
🔧 Up to 70 hours per week
🔧 Overtime available

🔧 Vehicle Mechanic
As a vehicle mechanic, you will be undertaking vehicle servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs to an extremely high standard, working swiftly and efficiently to create a safe and productive environment.
What you will be doing as a vehicle mechanic
* Change alternators
* Conduct servicing and repairs to many different marques of vehicle, performing diagnostic testing to identify faults
* Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
* Understanding of different warranty schemes and how these affect customers
* Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and on time
* Ensuring Pre Delivery Inspections are completed notifying the customer of any advisory
* Follow assignments through to completion, meets deadlines, and deliver on promises
A minimum of 1-year of experience as a vehicle technician/mechanic is required.
