Prestige Recruitment are working with our prestigious clients in the Howden area. They are a well known manufacturer and this role is for a Transport Administrator in the Transport department.
You will provide full administration support to the Operation on site, based in a small team and reporting to the Transport Manager.
Your responsibilities as an Administrator will cover accurate and timely processing of all goods receipt documentation. You will also be liaising with operations staff on daily work plan & load planning. General admin duties such as scanning, filing and general warehouse admin tasks will be a part of your everyday routine.
Previous experience in a warehouse, admin or transport role is advantageous and if you also have a knowledge of drivers hours this would also be preferential. We are also keen to speak with candidates that have export/import knowledge.
Full training will be given.
Hours of work –
Monday to Friday days – 40 hours per week
