Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £25000/annum

We’re currently recruiting for a growing engineering company who are looking for a Training Coordinator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

They’re ideally looking for someone who has previous training / learning and development experience within a customer service position from either an office or retail background.

Typical duties would include:

* Plan and organise all training sessions

* Sourcing locations and training materials

* Liaising with businesses and organisations to coordinate training programs

* Maintaining accurate customer records of communication

* Attend and oversee training sessions to provide support where needed

* Gather and present delegate feedback

The Successful Candidate:

* Experienced IT user and comfortable with MS Office software

* Strong written skills

* Previous office experience preferred

* Excellent communication and customer service experience

* Well organised with a high level of attention to detail
