Based in the centre of Pocklington our client is a highly sucessful professional company within the Medical sector, they are offering a unique opportunity as an office based Trainee Sales Administrator into their friendly expanding sales team.
This role offers great career opportunities to the right individual, taking on the following responsibilities:
– Answering customer enquiries over the phone
– Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails
– Maintaining and updating customer records
– Adding and updating opportunities within our CRM
– Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s sales targets
– Assisting with completing public sector tenders
– Assisting the sales team in answering technical queries as part of the quotation process.
– Running sales data reports
– Maintaining and upgrading the company's sales protocols.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
– Have a good telephone manner.
– High organisational skills
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to prioritise own workload
– Enjoy working as part of a team.
Ideal for a candidate looking for an opportunity to start their career within an office administration environment. Full training on the role will be provided.
– Type of position: Full time with immediate start
– Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday
– Salary: £National Living wage / depending on experience
