We are a specialist joinery and interior fit out recruitment agency, currently on the lookout for resourcers.
As a Construction Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will need to have:
* Confidence and strong communication skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* IT literacy
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
* The ability to work accurately under pressure, managing time effectively and meeting timescales
* Ambitious and motivated
Details:
* Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
* Working Hours are: Monday – Friday, 09.00 – 18:00

Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* Manage candidate attraction
* Pre-screen applications
* Registrations & Interviewing driving candidates
* Record data and compile internal reports
* Accurate data entry and maintenance of personnel records
* Deal with queries from temporary workers via email, text and over the phone.
* General ad-hoc duties as required
* Responding to candidate telephone and email queries
* Ensure compliance with GDPR at all times
* Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
* Reference checking
