Our client is an award-winning Mortgage Broker based in Horwich are seeking a Full Time Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join their team due to the rapid growth. They are in an exciting period of growth and have a management team with an excellent reputation for developing staff and enabling them to reach their full potential.
We are on the lookout for Trainee Mortgage Advisors who are looking to build a long-term career within financial services, with a shift pattern of;
Monday 9am-8pm Tues, 9-6.00pm Weds & Thurs 9am-5:30pm Friday 9am – 5pm. (1 in 5 Saturday (phone number removed)pm)
As a Trainee Advisor you will be responsible for;

Conducting high quality outbound sales calls to our customers and providing regulated advice to them
*
Working to KPI’s
*
Making referrals to preferred partners
*
Following any reasonable management requests
As a Trainee Advisor you will need;
*
Experience working towards targets
*
Current or recent experience of an outbound call environment
*
To be quick at learning and adapting to situations
*
Experience of selling a range of products
*
To be able to work in a busy sales environment
*
Ideally experience in working in an FCA regulated environment
*
Proven track record of exceeding targets and longevity throughout career
*
Strong educational back ground

Trainee Mortgage Advisors can look forward to earning a starting salary of £23,500 rising to £25,500 after probation and completion of CeMAP with year 1 Trainee Mortgage Advisors currently earning up to £40,000!
