Telesales Executive

Wholesale Food – You will maintain, develop and maximise our customer base, working to achieve the required performance and productivity standards whilst complying with company disciplins and procedures.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts which will be local caterers; to input customer's regular orders onto our computer system, whilst prompting the customer on products they may have forgotten and offereing special deals available – ensuring you deliver an excellent service at all times.

* Take incoming and make outgoing calls

* Use 'Telesales Sales skill Development' selling techniques in every call (Training provided)

* Upsell to all customers – advise New Promotions, Products and Groups not sold in

* Achieve KPI's set

* Achieve individual performance and new product targets, through good planning and presenting to all appropriate accounts

* Develop all sales opportunities within the existing terrritoryaccount base -through careful analysis of on screen data and account statistics

* Minimise losses through close Account Management and Liaison with Field Sales Team

* Previous Telesales experience
