Technical Training and Support Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £50000/annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a global publishing organisation for a technical training manager to join the HR department.
Taking ownership of the global training program, you'll support the use of specific company technology and Microsoft. Actively assess the technical needs of the business, observe how employees use systems and maintain training plans to address any gaps in skills.
Create high quality blended learning solutions and user centred resources and documentation.
Proactively help in the implementation and rollout of new systems, technology, upgrades, or changes.
Skill Requirements:
Advanced MS Office
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
High levels of energy and motivation
Ability to convey complex detail simply and clearly
Good experience in planning, designing and delivering technical training solutions
Extensive technical training experience using different methods for various audiences
Strong stakeholder management
