Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £24500 – £28000/annum

Our client, an international engineering business based in Sheffield, is now looking to recruit an experienced, professional and highly organised PROJECT PLANNER with excellent customer service and administration skills to join their team!
THE SUCCESSFUL PERSON WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH & PLANNING SUB CONTRACTORS ON VARIOUS PROJECTS
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
* Liaise with customers on project launch to discuss programme and verify the key contractual dates
* Compile and issue order acknowledgements, project specific programme, variation notices,
* RAMS etc in line with current operational process.
* Ensure communication is maintained throughout the project to ensure accurate
* Management of the project and records kept for reporting purposes.
* Liaise & coordinate with AAES production and 3rd party suppliers as required to ensure on-time delivery of materials in-line with project time-scales.
* Ensure products are ordered in line with agreed installation dates.
* Ensure AS400 system reflects approved specification prior to triggering into manufacture.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
For this role candidates will need to have previous experience of working within a customer service function and be customer focused at all times. As this role is within a fast paced department you will need to be able prioritise workload and apply flexibility where needed
