Our Client
We are working with a leading fresh produce importer who pack a range of fresh produce for retail and foodservice customers. This is a new role that has been created due to expansion.
The role
The role will be to manage technical, food safety and quality requirements and performance for the UK retails. You will manage and lead the berry source/supplier technical development for UK retailers. This would include visiting growers and suppliers in the UK and oversees. You would also support the ERP development for a technical perspective.
The candidate
The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience in Soft Fruit in a similar role dealing with UK retailers. Audit experience is also required. This position doesn't have any direct reports so you wouldn't need to have experience in managing a team.
