Technical Administrator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £22000 – £27000/annum
A market leader in their sector, our Client is an established and highly regarded Fresh Produce Importer and Supplier to the major retailers. We currently offer the opportunity to join the business as Technical Administrator.
The position of Technical Administrator will work with an energetic, passionate and driven Technical & Compliance team to offer support and provide an accurate approach to;
Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and customers; gathering data, updating systems/documentation and generating reports
Administratively support the technical compliance team with accuracy and attention to detail, with an energetic approach
We require;
Previous administrative / support positions undertaken and/or a Graduate with a relevant Degree
Experience within the Food and/or Fresh Produce sectors would be highly beneficial
Ability to work in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment
Exposure to technical and/or compliance would be advantageous
High level of communication ability and attention to detail
Excellent administrative skills, with confident IT ability
Working with the Senior Technical Compliance Manager, this is an administration role; gathering, verifying and completing documentation relevant to the supply of fresh produce into the UK retailers. Focused on administration, key skills are attention to detail, liaising with suppliers worldwide to gather data, cross referencing against key criteria prior to supply. Fast paced, deadline orientated environment. Suitable candidate may have some customer facing contact depending on skill level.
Hours; Monday – Friday
Salary; Dependent on experience offered; up to £27k
