Tech Operatives
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £10.28 – £10.98/hour
CSS Recruitment and Training are currently recruiting for a leading Fresh Produce company located in Sutton Bridge due to an increase in supply and demand they are seeking to employ Tech Operatives.
Hours are 6am – 6pm working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
£10.28 per hour increasing to £10.98 after 12 weeks
As a Tech Operative duties will include but not limited to:
Operating a range of production machinery
Checking and weighing produce
Bagging
Managing the line of a day-to-day basis and achieve daily performance measures
Mentoring and training new staff
Adhering to and promoting Health and Safety at work
Starting up and shutting down checks
Carrying our quality control checks to ensure it meets each customers specification
Ideally you will have previous experience of running a hug speed packing line in a busy and sometimes pressured environment.
Experience of FMCG and food manufacturing is desirable but not essential
