Our client is a leading grounds and garden maintenance business serving both residential and commercial clients in Dorset and surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit aTeam Leader

Driving licence.Your responsibilities will include:
Garden and grounds maintenance.
Soft landscaping.
Planting
Weed control.
Winter gritting.
Day-to-day management of the Team Members.
Fulfilling the daily schedule to a good quality level.
Responsible for the team's tools & equipment.
Ensuring that all equipment is maintained according to the schedule.
Upselling services by identifying extra works.
