we are looking to recruit a Team Leader for a Flower packing site near Spalding. You must posses a good level of English along with excellent communication skills. Your duties will include managing a team of Line Leaders to ensure that product is packed on time and to a high standard. You must be customer focused and have a determination to succeed and promote the Company values. Experience within a similar environment would be beneficial, however not essential.
