Teaching Assistant
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £60 – £80/day
Active Sen are looking for a teaching assistant working with students who have SEMH (social and emotional mental health).
This is one of the top provision for students who suffer from SEMH. It has built an amazing reputation for themselves and drives the students in the best direction for them.
Working with provision is very rewarding, it does also offer a lot of help for their staff as well as their pupils. Along with this they do also offer a competitive rate.
The role of a teaching assistant:
* Support the students
* Help build their confidence and self – esteem
* Support them emotionally and socially
* Help them with their work
What you will need for this role:
* A DBS online
* Experience with SEMH
* Be able to drive
* Previous work with sen or challenging behaviour
* Any other sen certificate would be an advantage
This role will be full time and ongoing Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4pm.
