We are currently recruiting for a supervisor to work for one of our NHS clients in Leeds. The role will involve working a variety of different shift patterns, and is initially for 3 months, with the right candidate starting ASAP.
Rate of pay:
Mon-Fri days: £10.09ph
Mon-Fri nights/Saturday: £13.62
Sunday: £17.05
The main duties will reverberate around line managing a large facilities/domestic/catering team. This will involve:
* Dealing with operational problems.
* Communicating with healthcare professionals RE the delivery of the service.
* Scheduling and delegating work.
* Making sure that staff members are performing tasks correctly.
* Conducting regular audits.
* Providing reports and rotas.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously. However, if you have worked in a leadership role in a facilities environment and have line managed large teams, then do not hesitate to apply by using the online facility available.
