Utility Arb Supervisor – Spider is advertising on behalf of our client who are currently seeking to recruit in Stoke on Trent and the surrounding areas, a proactive utility arb Supervisor with tree surveying experience to work closely with the Area Manager to support the programming of contract works.

As part of the RSK Group, our client, provides vital Vegetation Management services to electricity distributor network operators (DNOs) within the UK. They enable DNOs to provide a resilient and sustainable service to their customers. They have offices and operations across the Midlands, the Wirral, East of England and Scotland, and work with over 300 skilled individuals.

As a Supervisor, you will be required to undertake operational audits and ensure that any damage or safety concerns are identified, reported, and addressed, striving towards excellence.

The Supervisor role will also include surveying duties, from the initial surveying of spans to obtaining permission to complete the programmed works. This requires someone with Utility arb surveying experience, demonstrating broad tree identification and characteristics knowledge.

The successful candidate will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have good attention to detail in the quality of their work.

A sound level of I.T knowledge would be beneficial, to support operating a tablet device in the field.
