We are looking for a Subway Unit Manager in North West London, our clients business is growing at speed, this exciting opportunity is to be based at North West London and you will be part of a successful team in a great store.

No One Day Is The Same. What You'll Be Doing
· Leading a team of Supervisors, and Customer Assistants.
· Manage and coaching the team to deliver great customer service and operational excellence
· Delivering KPI's and increasing customer loyalty
· Manage stock, cash, waste & ensuring daily routines are adhered to
· Manage unit facilities to maintain brand image
· Process colleague payroll and associated routines to manage accurate labour costs
· Hot and cold Food preparation
