Working for a global engineering organisation, an excellent opportunity has arisen to join their expanding team.
This is a temp – perm oopportunity.
THIS IS A LATE SHIFT OPPORTUNITY WORKING 14.00 – 22.00
Stores Operative
Duties
* Efficient, accurate and effective picking of parts for after sales and production machines in line with schedule
* Cycle counting of parts to plan
* Goods inwards
* Packing of parts and returns
* Contact external suppliers via telephone when required
* Provide positive support to team members as required
* Establish a good working relationship with the Stores Team and members of Operations
* Have a good understanding of stores discipline and procedures, health and safety and quality standards
* A good positive attitude, good communication skills and the ability to resolve any problems quickly
This is initially a fixed term contract with the view to becoming a permanent position.
