Stock Controller

DLF Seeds Ltd is the market-leading supplier of grass, maize, game cover, and fodder crop seeds to the agricultural, amenity, and domestic markets. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Controller to join our Operations Team in Inkberrow Worcestershire.
As one of our Stock Controllers you will maintain robust stock control processes. Helping to ensure stock is in the right location and can easily be found. Working within a busy, friendly warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out daily physical inventory tasks, stock investigation, and reporting on stock variances.
* Ensure all stock controls are adequate and robustly followed by all areas of the operation
* Report on and investigate stock adjustments to minimise risk to the business and drive process improvements
* Help manage all aspects of DLF’s stock control within our site locations
* Ensure that a standard approach to investigations is maintained using DLFs processes and procedures
The successful candidate:
* Previous experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Punctual and friendly. A team player
* Organised, articulate and methodical with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
* Conscientious and reliable
* A Fork lift truck licence and full driving licence would be of benefit
Full Training will be given however you will need to be available to work the morning shift 8 am to 4.30 pm for the first month.
Location: WR7 4LJ, Inkberrow, Worcestershire
Contract: Full-Time Permanent
Hours: 40 per week, Monday – Friday 1 pm – 9 pm (with some weekend working)
