Howdens Joinery are looking for a highly organised and adaptable individual to join our team as a STEP Publishing Coordinator based within our Raunds office in Northamptonshire.  As a FTSE 250 business which is undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth, you will be the first line of support to load and maintain new product data and images into STEP, our product information management system ensuring that the data and assets are published to on and offline channels to the correct timelines.

Working as part of the ecommerce team, your role will involve close collaboration with our internal digital, product and marketing teams to ensure all data meets data model requirements is SEO friendly and loads correctly. 

In your role you will be responsible for:

– Developing and coordinating high level project plans, coordinate project meetings and stakeholder communications.
– Supporting new product introduction by coordinating asset requirements, in line with the respective asset data model (product images, movies, documents), provide loading / referencing support where required and approving assets before deployment.
– Running regular reports to ensure data consistency and completeness is maintained and resolve where this is not the case

– Supporting our STEP System Managers to deliver their product implementation plans, monitoring the progress of new products through the workflow, reviewing quality and completeness and fixing issues before the products go live (on and offline)
– Ensure changes to data models, attributes and product values are approved and communicated to all stakeholders

Key skills and experience required:

– Experience in working in a fast-paced marketing environment preferably with experience of a PIM system but not essential.
– Extremely organised with excellent project management skills, able to prioritise your workload and possess exceptional attention to detail.
– Excellent MS Excel Skills
– Graduate or equivalent vocational qualification
– Proficient at working on your own initiative and highly motivated.
