We are currently recruiting an SPV General Manager to manage a portfolio of PFI education contracts in Leyton, Swanscombe and Essex, you will be required to travel to the sites as and when needed an average of about one a week and working from home. This in an excellent opportunity for a PFI Contract manager to step into a career in SPV Management.
The job duties include ensuring the delivery of compliance and meeting all obligations of the project agreement. Liaising with board and funders. Attending board meetings and ensuring proceedings are managed and recorded, responsible for commercial and financial management, operational management and service performance management.
In order to qualify for this vacancy you must have experience of working with contract agreements, understand funding and contracts of P.F.I. projects, manage relationships with stake holders, sub contractors etc Performance management and monitoring for both Hard and Soft FM.
PF.I. Management is essential for this role. Education background would be ideal
