Our client is a fabulous country inn located in Surrey close to Godalming/Guildford. We are currently assisting them to find two passionate and talented Sous Chefs who will assist the Head Chef in all kitchen operations and will ensure in his absence that the food preparation, quality and presentation is maintained. You will also oversee, along with the Inn’s GM all junior members of the Brigade. We are ideally looking for an immediate start in preparation for when inside dining returns.
You will be:
* Up to date with current food trends
* Experienced in a similar role
* Passionate about food and customer service
* Superb in your culinary skills
* Quality driven with high standards
* A good organiser with exceptional communication skills
* Experienced of working with fresh produce
Having your own transport is advantageous however, there is live in available.
