Simple Recruitment are currently seeking a friendly, driven, food focused Sous Chef looking to push themselves and the team to achieve the shared goal of a one star Michelin.

This 55 roomed hotel boats an A la Carte, TDH, 7 Course Tasting and 24 Hours Room Service menus as well as a stylish Café concept open to gusts and the Public alike.
Clever vegan dishes nestle beautifully with a well versed Wine Cellar and an onus on seasonality and region.
The ideal candidate will have a real pride in their work and a keen eye for detail.
This could well be an ideal next step for a well-rounded Chef de Partie with fine dining experience to grow and be developed by a strong team and a nurturing Exe. Head Chef.
