An award winning Asian inspired restaurant group are looking to recruit a food focused and career minded Sous Chef to join their brigade. Experience of Asian cuisine is not essential, but an interest to learn the cuisine is key. If you have experience of working for a branded restaurant, cooking fresh food and open to learning a new cuisine, then this is the job for you!!

Ideal Sous Chef
· Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP
· An interest in Asian inspired food
· Experience of working in a high-volume kitchen
· First-hand knowledge of working with fresh food
· Understanding the importance of consistency
· Be obsessed with food quality and hygiene standards
· Up to date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations
