Salary : £32000 – £35000/annum DoE

My client provides high quality food and AA coveted 5 Stars have been awarded. They are situated in a quiet village setting and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join their established kitchen.

Your Role:

* Running the kitchen when the head chef is away

* Ensuring your brigade has high culinary standards

* Managing food purchasing and storage

* Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment

* Helping create new recipes and write menus

* We are looking for an established competent Sous chef who will be part of the senior management team

* working as part of a 4-man team in the Kitchen

* Working at a 5* Inn Chiddingfold

* Fresh produce used from mainly local suppliers

* Seasonal menu
