Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £20000 – £25000/annum

Our client based on the outskirts of Horsham are seeking 2 Sous Chefs to join their team on a Permanent Basis. The client has a 5* rating restaurant and are looking for 2 Sous Chefs on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Producing food to a high standard.
'Hands On' duties in respect of all catering operations
Making sure food is properly rotated in the kitchen and labelled as per Health and Safety procedures
Ensuring compliance with health & hygiene regulations along with all safety, legislative and company administrative regulations.
Out of hours stocktaking
You must be available to work additional hours in school holidays and weekends to cover as required
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000
Hours: 7am – 16:00/17:00pm (No late shifts) – Every other weekend off.
