Software Implementation Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £19000 – £23000/annum
Our client based on the outskirts of Lincoln is looking for a Software Implementation Technician to join their expanding team. Due to the site location you must have your own transport.
Main responsibilities for this role will be:
* To provide software implementation services to customers
* Help clients learn and manage their new software
* To ensure requests for assistance are dealt with promptly and appropriately
* Redirect or escalate support requests to the appropriate person or team as required including liaising with our clients in house development team regarding any complex investigations
* Pro-actively provide information to users on the progress of outstanding implementation elements
* Help with clients on site and at their own premises
It's essential that you have:
* Great computer and Microsoft Windows Software skills
* Natural outgoing personality, keen to meet new people and build new business relationships
* Well organised, motived and client focused
* A team plater with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Approachable and willingness to help others
* Ability to present information in a friendly and professional manner
* Excellent IT skills
* Ability to learn quickly and accurately
