They're looking for an ambitious mid-level software developer to join an existing dynamic, high-functioning team and build a career. With proven problem-solving skills, an ability to work independently and excellent software development skills, your development skills will be demonstrated through previous work experience / education.
As a mid-level developer, in addition to software development you would be expected to assist/mentor less experienced developers, contribute to code reviews, propose solution design approaches and generally improve code quality.
Working on the Microsoft platform you would be required to use C#, .NET and SQL Server, however due to the entrepreneurial nature of the business there are also opportunities to develop skills / experience in emerging technologies. Experience in these platforms and the following technologies would be highly desirable:
