Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £35000/annum

A start-up in the Health, Wellness and Fitness sector are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join their growing Marketing team.

This isn't just "another" social media role and as their Social Media Guru, you will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering the social and content marketing.
Including playing a pivotal in building a new brand from the ground up. So if you are hands on, have superb skills in content creation, want a challenge and can handle a 'blank canvas' then please get in touch!

Location:
Now: Remote / Working from Home.
Future: Split between WFH and West Sussex office 2 days per week.

Working closely with content and marketing teams, you'll be working to develop joint campaigns to promote the business across multiple social channels. With plans to grow fast you'll need to roll your sleeves up and hit the ground running with ideas, energy and a keen attention to detail.

Duties:
*Developing and delivering social and content marketing strategy across B2C and B2B, including idea generation
*Collaborate with colleagues and external teams developing co-branded campaigns
*Defining a clear calendar of activity throughout the year
*Working with colleagues and agencies to generate content assets, including creating them yourself
*Developing the paid strategy behind social content and working with digital agencies
*Creating clear reporting on social and content activity
*Establishing an influencer strategy
*Supporting the service team with inbound social media and community management, and reviews management (app store, 3rd party website)
*Managing the day-to-day maintenance of all social channels
*Understanding how social algorithms work and using that knowledge to optimise campaigns
*Communicating internally the next developments in social and content marketing
*Implement social listening to inform campaigns and gather competitor insights

Requirements
*Able to self-organise and willing to work in fast-moving start-up environment
*Experience creating social and content media strategies, and then delivering them
*Experience producing social or website content, including SEO requirements
*Experience growing social profiles through proactive tactics
*Understanding of reporting on social and content, and hands-on experience producing reports
*Have previously delivered annual calendars and content assets
*Can build strong working relationships with colleagues and agencies
*Generate ideas across social, site content and content marketing
*Experience of Google Analytics a necessity – experience of Hubspot CRM, Hootsuite, or other tools a bonus
*Strong copywriting, editing and proofing skills, and basic image editing skills; video editing a bonus
*Excellent communications skills – written and oral
