If so, we have a unique opportunity within our Talent Acquisition team for an experienced Social Media Specialist. There is the opportunity in this role to work remotely/flexibly.

About the Job

You’ll enjoy the creative and innovative side to digital recruitment, as you’ll be developing and maintaining our social media presence across channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter etc. You'll take every opportunity to portray Arcus as an employer of choice and enhance our brand.

You’ll enjoy engaging with potential candidates and social audiences, generating followers and a talent pipeline 'waiting in the wings' to join Arcus FM. It’ll be rewarding seeing your pipeline of candidates becoming new starters.

As our 'go-to-specialist' you'll own the social media channels used for talent attraction, and closely montior how we compare to our competitors.

You’ll be developing and maintaining creative content for all of our social channels including our careers website, directly liaising with our marketing and communications colleagues.

Looking after our new starters is essential to Arcus, so you'll have a key role in monitoring the effectiveness of our onboarding and induction activites.

To be successful you will have:

You’ll have strong knowledge of Social Media platforms and trends.

Ideally, your skills and experience will include digital marketing and communications including AdWords and SEO.

This is a stand-alone role; therefore, you’ll be confident, results driven, with a creative mind and pragmatic approach. You’ll be a stong communicator who understands how to speak to an audience to generate excitement and land key messages, resulting in a successful call to action.

You’ll be detail conscious, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility to respond according to business needs.

It doesn’t matter which industry or sector you have gained your experience within, if you have proven social media skills (ideally within a recruitment context), then we want to hear from you!

* Salary: c£35,000 dependent on experience.
