Expanding luxury vacation rental company is seeking an experience Social Media Manager to join their Marketing Team. This is newly created role, that you can make your own. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll lead the organic and paid social strategy, whilst also being involved in other digital marketing initiatives
Utilise your knowledge of the social landscape
Implementing and optimising our social media market across all core platforms
Creativity is important but you will be commercial focused too; regularly analyse results
Continuously be on the lookout for new and exciting ways of improving campaign performance
Own all organic and paid social media marketing with responsibility for strategy and implementation, with the aim of generating demand and acquiring new customers
Have budget responsibility
Ensure effective report for social channels and producing weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports
As well as Facebook and Instagram, you will be looking for emerging platforms, test new strategies and ways of buying media, ensuring continuous improvement
Use your understanding of the mix of paid, earned and owned media, informing when and where it is appropriate to promote content

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

You will join a team full of energy and with a passion for what we do, so it's key that you're enthusiastic, driven and keen to be part of a team. You will also have three years' experience in a marketing and a social media specialism. Hands on experience of both organic and paid social campaigns, passionate about social media strategy. You're passionate about marketing and open to learning new skills with the ability to build close working relationships with the wider team. You've got a high attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your work. You're passionate about travel and, in particular, UK holidays.
