The Company

Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for an Digital and Social Media Manager within a Not for Profit organisation, based in Doncaster.

The Role

This is a part time role, working up to 30 hours per week, and will focus on the development and implementation of a social media, communications and content strategy for the charity. This role will engage new and existing clients by helping listen to local people about their experiences of local care, gaining data to make recommendations to improve the quality of local health and care services, as well as providing a signposting and information service.

You will look to lead on the development and delivery of a social media, communications and content strategy. You will also Monitor the performance of content, ensuring the channels you choose to put content through are performing correctly.

As well as this you will represent the client in communications meetings, as well as leading the development of a performance management tool to ensure senior management are able to see how digital engagement is making a difference.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar setting and is adept in creative, digital content creation and storytelling. You will possess technical knowledge of social media, website management, content creation as well as being able to analyse the data from these areas.

You will also have experience of working with the media; managing relevant channel streams, as well as managing and planning social media activity.

Possessing knowledge of the charity sector, or having knowledge of volunteers, as well as knowledge of the health care sector would be beneficial.
