Social Media Executive

Salary : £20000 – £25000/annum Pension, WFH
A top industry-leading PR and social media agency is searching for a Social Media Executive to join their Manchester office. Key Accountabilities:
Competently and accurately assists with fielding day-to-day client contact and helps maintain and strengthen client relationships
Attends client meetings and manages reporting in accordance with the client charter
Maintains a slick and efficient process for social content creation and insights generation and ensures all social deadlines are met
Is a supportive colleague for peers and senior colleagues and assists with the management of work experience, interns and assistant account executivesPositively contributes to agency culture through taking all opportunities within the company to grow knowledge and experience
Actively keeps up to date on new trends and innovations within social media and shares knowledge by disseminating information amongst colleagues.
Provides confident community management- ensuring no errors are published, the audience is responded to in a timely fashion and any potential risk are escalated to the Director of Social
Provides first review of data provided by insights team and flags any anomalies or points of interest
Actively monitors social media for relevant client stories and proactively flags real time suggestions to creative team and account lead
Completes timesheets daily and supports the wider team in processing general team and office adminSkills Required as a Social Media Executive:
Experience within PR or social media agencies
