This role as Social Media Executive will be responsible for maintaining our company’s social media networks, creating captivating content, monitoring user engagement and brand sentiment, and generating qualified leads into the business. As the Social Media Executive at Classic Collection Holidays, you will:
Manage social media marketing and day-to-day activities whilst developing engaging strategies (networks include Twitter, Facebook pages and groups, Instagram, and YouTube)
Schedule posts, natively when required and via Sprout Social in line with broader comms schedule, reacting to market and product trends and planned promotions
Create paid campaigns, monitoring and adjusting as required to deliver results, integrating with business strategy
Monitor metrics and ROI
Create design briefs for innovative ad/ post formats, Facebook cover image etc
Develop and expand community through relevant and creative content, partnerships, and targeted ad campaigns
Support with implementation of our online reviews platform (Feefo) and our online reputation management
Here at Classic Collection Holidays, we are looking for a Social Media Executive with
Demonstrable experience working in a social media role with experience using networks including Twitter, Facebook pages and groups, Instagram, and YouTube
CIM qualification desirable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects at once
A positive attitude with a desire for business success – you must be highly collaborative and a willing team player
