Social Media Assistant – Chelmsford
Salary: up to £23,000 DOE 40hrs per week
Our company are the UK’s largest of its kind, and number one independent 4 x 4 dealership who are seeking a Social Media Assistant to join their state of the art dealership.
This role involves managing the company’s social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other relevant platforms. You will be working with colleagues and external colleague to help plan and implement online marketing campaigns that drive engagement, traffic and bookings across social media, search engine optimisation and PR.
Source and produce engaging content to ensure the social media channels are up to date, relevant and interesting
Proof read content, including, but not limited to, social media pots, blog articles and press releases
Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites and encourages audience participation
Alongside the digital marketing manager, drive and manage social media campaigns from content creation, to measurement of campaign success
Essential Skills & Requirements:
You will need to have proven experience as a social media assistant or similar role and competent knowledge and understanding in social media. You will need to be up to date with social media trends and possess exceptional written skills with a keen eye for detail. It is an advantage to hold a high level of knowledge on computer literacy including the use of PC’s, Macs, Microsoft works for example. It is also requested that you have excellent communication skills and are highly organised being able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
