We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and creative Social Media Assistant to join a fast-growing fashion business. You will be part of growing and building our dynamic and high performing marketing team, whilst working alongside our creative and graphics team. You must have a solid understanding of social media marketing, especially key platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest etc.
Role:
* Work closely with the creative team to plan weekly social content keeping in line with any marketing activity
* Working with wider team to schedule content and assets for all social media platforms using campaign imagery and relevant UGC
* Work alongside Marketing Manager to develop full social strategy in line with campaign and collection launches, always having an eye on out-of-the-box ideas to energise each launch
* Plan, implement and trial any out-of-the-box ideas ways to engage with our customer
* Help keep an eye on any market, brand or competitor performance/activity and proactively recommend changes to social strategy
* Ensure all output is engaging, relevant and meets brand guidelines
* Work closely with our graphic designer to create engaging visual content for platform
* Coming up with out-of-this-world ideas for social posts and competitions, keeping an eye on competitors to ensure we are leading in our market
* About you:
* You’re energetic, creative and proactive with an understanding and love for the fashion industry.
* At least 1 – 2 years in social media or marketing
* Experience with SMM platforms (Hootsuite, Later or similar)
* You’re an out-of-the-box thinker, always looking to push the boundaries of your creativity by experimenting down paths not taken before
* High attention to detail and able to work to strict deadlines as well as keeping organised and ability to prioritise tasks depending on importance without guidance
* A university degree in Fashion Marketing (or Marketing / Communications / Promotion or similar )
* Understanding of TOV, the brand and the industry
* Have team spirit and willing to develop and brainstorm creative ideas with the team
