Snr Sous Chef Oxford, Oxfordshire- wanted to join this well known brasserie operation in a fantastic location in Oxford. The restaurant can seat around 140 and offers a traditional brasserie style menu featuring fresh and seasonal produce.

This business sits at the heart of the community and is popular with locals, business clients and people looking for a quality dining experience that maybe from other parts of Oxford.

As Snr Sous Chef Oxford, Oxfordshire you will;

•Run the kitchen 2 days per week
•Help oversee a team of 10 chefs
•Will assist the Head Chef in menu writing
•Run all sections within the brasserie kitchen
•Develop and mentor all kitchen staff
•Be a passionate chef
What we are looking for in our Sous Chef Oxford, Oxfordshire;

•Someone from a solid Gastro/Brasserie/European restaurant background
•Someone who has been a Sous/Jnr Sous already
•Lives within a reasonable distance from the city of Oxford
•100% fresh cooking background
This Sous Chef opportunity in Oxford is available with an immediate start. You will work around 45-50 hours per week including some split shifts.

This Oxford brasserie operation is part of a small group of privately owned restaurants, being a family run business you will be treated with respect and will be an important and valuable member of the team

Salary is £25-£28K
