Site Store Supervisor – Permanent – Full time – Bressingham – £25,000-£30,000 per annum
Hales Group are seeking a Site Store Supervisor to manage store operations and supervise staff to assist with the smooth operation of our client’s Bressingham site.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 7am – 4:00pm out of harvest (approx. 9months) and Monday to Friday 6am – 7pm in harvest (approx. 3 months).
Main duties include:
* Managing store operations and supervising staff on a day to day basis
* Monitoring stock for quality and reports any issues to line management
* Operating and maintaining stock temperatures to the required specification
* Empties, cleans and sanitises sheds
* Maintains the appearance of the site and grounds
* Oversees the maintenance of the Bressingham offices and site, including PAT testing
* Undertakes plant maintenance as required
Key requirements include:
* Licenced Fork-Lift operator – Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence holder together with a full clean UK driver’s licence
* Ability to repair and maintain plant equipment
* Ability to diagnose hydraulic and general maintenance faults and successfully carry out repairs
* The ability to supervise and co-operate with your colleagues
* Able to work alone and on own initiative
* PA pesticide certification would be advantageous but not essential
